Refund policy
Made-to-Order Products
All products sold through our store are made to order, which means items are produced specifically for you after your purchase. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong sizing ordered, or buyer error.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives:
* damaged,
* defective, or
* incorrect (wrong item, personalization error)
Please contact us immediately at support@cabculturegifts.com with:
1. Your order number
2. A short description of the issue
3. Photo evidence of the product and packaging
We will work with our production partner to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
In some cases, a refund may be issued instead of a replacement at our discretion.
Returns Without Authorization
Because products are created upon order:
* Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded
* Items must not be returned directly to our production partner.
Order Cancellations & Changes
Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. For that reason, cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 1 hour of ordering. After this window, production cannot be stopped and the order cannot be changed or refunded unless defective.
Lost Packages
If your package does not arrive:
* We will verify tracking
* Our production partner may issue a free replacement shipment if the carrier confirms loss
Refunds are evaluated case-by-case.
Sizing Issues
Sizing details are provided on each product page. Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size errors. If sizing charts are unclear, please contact us before ordering—we’re happy to help!
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, processing may take 5–10 business days. Transaction processing times are determined by your bank and not by us.
