Processing Time

All products are custom-made after your order is placed. Production typically takes 1–3 business days before the item ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Rates and shipping times are current and displayed at checkout.

Variable Shipping Rates

Some products (e.g. blankets, posters, framed items, totes, mugs) have fixed or item-specific shipping fees instead of standard tiered rates. These are automatically calculated based on product type and destination.

Heavy & Bulk Shipping

If ordering multiple heavy items, we may apply a heavy or bulk shipping charge based on package weight. In some cases (20+ units), shipping rates are manually quoted before fulfillment.

Shipping Carriers

US Domestic: USPS (Standard) / FedEx (Priority)

Canada & International: DHL or FedEx (carrier depends on region)

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking information will be added to your order as soon as it’s available. 

Once an item leaves our facility and enters the carrier network, delivery is managed by the carrier.

Some international shipments may show limited tracking once they leave the USA until they clear customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Your order may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in your country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.

Shipping Issues

If tracking has not updated for 2+ days, contact us at support@cabculturegifts.com and we’ll investigate. 

We do not cover packages marked as "Delivered" that are lost or stolen unless package protection was purchased.
